Meet Our Staff

Michael J. Jensen, PT, MPT, OCS
I earned my Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree from the Mayo School of Health Sciences in 1993, and have been practicing in Great Falls ever since. I became board certified as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) in 2004. In 2007 I opened Frontier Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine. I have been appointed to the Academy of Advanced Item Writers by the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy for my contributions to the National Physical Therapy Examination, and have also served as an item writer for the Orthopedic Clinical Specialist Examination for the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialists. I feel very lucky to say that I look forward to coming into work every day and working with our amazing staff, as well as helping our patients in achieving their goals and improving their quality of life.

Connie Jensen, PTA
Office Administrator
I have been with Frontier Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine alongside my husband since we opened the clinic in 2007. My background has always been in the health field in the administrative end, so Mike and I balance out the needs of our clinic from all angles. I returned to school in 2010 and received my PTA degree as I love getting to know our patients and being part of their healing process. I take a lot of pride in working alongside not only my husband but also our daughter offering our patients the best PT experience possible. When I am not in the clinic, I enjoy spending time with our children & grandchildren. We love to head to the outdoors and take advantage of all that our beautiful state has to offer.

Kirsten McCrumb , PT, DPT
I earned my Bachelor of Exercise Science degree at Montana State University before attending A.T. Still University in Mesa, Arizona for my Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree. While I loved the sunshine of Arizona, I was born and raised in Great Falls and missed this great state, along with my family and friends. When I am not at work I enjoy spending time with my husband, 3 kids and the other amazing people in our life. Some of my interests are staying active, attending sporting events, riding horses, traveling, hiking, camping and experiencing new adventures. I find my career very rewarding because of the people I get to work with, including my patients and my fellow teammates at Frontier Physical Therapy.

Julie Bliss, PT, MPT
I graduated from Loma Linda University in 1996 with a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy. I have further training in treating patients with Parkinson’s Disease with the LSVT Big Program. I also specialize in treatments for lymphedema including manual lymphatic drainage, dry needling, and CranioSacral therapy. I enjoy working with a variety of patients!

Kendra Terry, PTA
I received my PTA degree from Great Falls College MSU in the fall of 2011. I love my career, being able to help people and working here at Frontier Physical Therapy. I spend my free time with my two wonderful daughters, my other family here in Great Falls, enjoying my home and traveling. I look forward to working with you!

Hello, my name is Ashley and I am thrilled to be part of such a great team here at Frontier Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine. I graduated high school from a small town north of Great Falls. In the spring of 2018, I graduated from the Great Falls College MSU with my PTA degree. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my three beautiful children and husband. Cami Combs, PTA
I attended school at Montana State University where I earned an Associates degree in Science and then came to Great Falls where I graduated with my PTA degree from Great Falls College MSU. I grew up in a small town in Northwest Montana where I developed an appreciation for the beauty and outdoor recreation this great state has to offer. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and friends as well as taking my dog for walks, camping, hiking, floating the river, and watching football or The Office. I am so grateful to work with such an awesome team here at Frontier and I look forward to meeting you and helping you reach your physical therapy goals!

Liz Gray, PTA
Hi! My name is Liz, and I earned my PTA degree at Great Falls College, MSU, and have also completed a massage therapy program in California. I grew up right here in Great Falls, and moved back here after working in Arizona for 2 years. I am excited to be a part of the Frontier team, and look forward to helping you get back to good health and enjoying what this beautiful state has to offer!

Lainey Anderson, PTA
I grew up in Southern Illinois and have been in Montana for a little over a year now as my husband is stationed at Malmstrom AFB. I earned my PTA degree from Great Falls College MSU in July of 2025. Helping people bounce back after any kind of setback is what I love most about this profession. Outside of work you can find me hunting, fishing, hiking, attending concerts, or sporting events. I’m grateful to work alongside some of the best people at Frontier Physical Therapy.
