Frontier Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine was established in 2007, and is 100% locally owned and operated by Michael J. Jensen, PT, MPT, OCS.

Our mission at Frontier Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine is to enhance and maximize our clients’ quality of life by providing the highest quality outpatient physical therapy services in an atmosphere that is professional, but relaxed and motivational. We are committed to our patients, staff, and referral sources in providing them with the best resources possible to achieve their highest goals, and strive to exceed their expectations.

Frontier Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine was established in 2007, and is 100% locally owned and operated by Michael J. Jensen, PT, MPT, OCS. We provide general and orthopedic outpatient physical therapy, as well as vestibular rehabilitation and functional capacity evaluations. At Frontier Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine, we boast a spacious gym area, private treatment rooms, and one on one personalized treatment in a relaxed and inviting atmosphere.
